PDG can inspect a construction project once a month for the purpose of determining the percentage complete of every line item on the contractor’s schedule of values. In this role we will provide a report on what we find during our inspection. Our certification may be an integral (perhaps even required) part of funding for the project from a third party lender. PDG’s knowledge of the construction industry and experience on the cost of construction provides peace of mind to the building owner and lender that there are adequate funds available to complete construction.
