PDG can provide Owner’s Representation (OR) services when we act as an extension of the Owner’s staff to advise/manage the project from conception to completion. This arrangement typically is used to oversee the activities of a single prime contractor with multiple trade contracts held by the prime. This arrangement allows us to provide consulting and management services from the beginning of the project to select the construction team, set the project budget, and determine the scope of the project.
