Agency Construction Management (CM) describes an arrangement between the project owner and PDG where we set up multiple bid packages for all aspects of the project from design to construction to be contracted with the project owner. PDG then supervises and coordinates the work to keep the project on schedule and to manage the relationship between all team members and the building owner. This arrangement allows us to provide consulting and management services from the beginning of the project to select the construction team, set the project budget, and determine the scope of the project.
